Hi All,

Update from Chorus today after some chasing - "We have had further delays and currently running regression testing" - Chorus will provide an update once the regression testing is completed.

Update from Chorus today - Change request has been raised to start a POC test in production for the new firmware (Given the size and scale of touching so many ONTs, you want to make real sure it's goodness). Chorus will be performing this testing from 10th of September until the 1st of October, based on the success of this testing, rollouts will be planned and performed. Once we know more, I'll share.

Nick.

This is really frustratingly slow from Chorus' end. IPV6 is one of the main reasons I switched to 2d... Thanks for keeping us updated Nick (another of the reasons!).

How can we find out where these deployments are taking place?

Hopefully it's the sites with known issues first.

Looks like it already works for at least a subset of customers https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=85&topicid=230720&page_no=4#2093857 ? Different ONT? It's kind of annoying not knowing if my setup is bad, or it's the ONT... I guess I'll know later in October.

ONT lost optical last night 2-3 times, switched back on my IPv6 stuff on my Mikrotik and WAHOO! SHE'S BACK!

Huge thanks to @NickMack and the rest of the 2Degrees team for persevering with this. You rock.

Lost optical a couple of times in the middle of the night last night, and alas, I have IPv6 back this morning!

Thanks a lot to the team at both 2Degrees and Chorus for getting this one sorted!
