I'm out of this thread until the OP actually posts speedtest.net app results which they so far haven't done.

IMHO there is nothing at all right now to even suggest there is an issue, so actually nothing at all to resolve or discuss.

No Microsoft doesn’t try to contact us but, we do occasionally get calls from IBM asking to be put through to the CFO. Those are fun.

If all you're wanting to do is make a noise, then you may be breaching the FUG

the forum is used as a "soapbox" by first time posters; "soapbox" posts usually have inflammatory subjects, bad words and the user does not come back with responses after being contacted by the ISP or other users.

If you're wanting technical help, then please provide the information that is being requested - there's plenty of people here offering to help.

no that is correct you cant ping a ont but you can still see what the line stats are.

im picking he lives in the waikato or the BOP as he has been referring to UFF so it could well be a issue on their network as i noticed this last night at a clients property at around 2100 hrs as well
