hey guys , i have a question ...im currently using telecom phoneline and slingshot internet,,  so when i purchse this BIG THING , do i still need to pay for my telecom phoneline bill?

only once you actually get connected to TNBT. (then your phone line is provided by slingshot.)

Until you're actually connected, you will have to.
