@Graymond my suggestion would be to check the Chorus outages page as referenced earlier in this thread if you believe it's a major outage. Otherwise your friend just needs to talk to 2degrees and get them to send a fault to Chorus - but no-one can provide 100%, guaranteed, continuous, fault-free service, unless they want to pay a premium rate for it, and it definitely won't be cheap.

Get real, at least I am not in anyone's pocket, trying to defend them every time a criticism of their company is made.

 

 

Linux does not work in the telco industry and certainly doesn't work for Chorus.
