coffeebaron: The problem here is single RAN; the site can utilise 1800 or 900 for LTE/2G, 3G/2G as and when it pleases depending on load etc. Its basically a single radio controller. JohnR would be able to confirm this, as not 100% sure that this is the way it is used here, but I know the kit can do this.
stubbed: I guess it's commercially sensitive, but it's a shame that all the Telcos can't just publically advertise exactly what towers have what. Going off RSM data alone will just be making assumptions based on a frequency which obviously isn't the best.
