this afternoon when I came home I made some test calls to my 2degrees number

from landline... rings ok

from Vodafone mobile....rings OK.

from Spark mobiles (2 different phones)  message your balance is less than $10, the number you have called has no mailbox, goodbye.

most of my calls through this saga have been from family with Spark mobiles in Rotorua.

I don't have a 022 number to call me.

Can you please assist me!
