coolbest: This has been my biggest problem - I can't get though to the Helpdesk on 0800 892000. During the whole day today I've only managed to get through once and hear the "If you are having problems - please restart your modem" message, then main menu - and after selecting technical help - just silence. I've tried about 20 other times today - and all of these resulted in busy dial tone (I've tried from both of my cellphones, landline and skype)...

No reply to my email from this morning either...

Is there alternative number that I can try?

Thanks,
Nick

Hi

I don't work for slingshot but they have a few extra lines from 0800 89 2000 to 6000 just try lines 3000 4000 5000 6000 I got through on 0800 89 6000 and asked for tech support
