@ Saltynz
@kyhwana2

Hey as my user name suggests I'm not too technical. I take a photo using my phone and choose send, it is programmed to send using MMS. It has both wifi and 3g capability. How do I change its settings so it will send a photo using either of these two options you suggest?

and P.S.  how do I use the forum to put the original message I am replying to in a box like SaltyNZ has

Thanks

Maybe TXT-a-Park will work with 2degrees.

If it's an iPhone app I'll be very happy.

Some technology that most of us probably won't ever use?

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Some technology that pretty much all of us will be using in a few years times?

The website has a banner for an HTC One ..
Clicking on it leads to an error message.

If we're pretty much all going to use it in a few years time,then it has to be 4G.  I won't be using any payment system on my phone, don't trust it, unless it uses a pin.

Rats! Beat me to it!  Yeah, I'd suspect 4G/LTE.  Unless they're finally offering a "landline number on your mobile" service.

All things considered and since there was that NFC Snapper page that has been subsequently taken down, one would have to assume that is infact what is launching.. 4G would be nice but as stated earlier they have barely got 3G up and running out of the main centres.

Hmmm, Well if it's not carpooling, Perhaps where 3g/4g does not exist there will be a wifi drone that hovers above your house just so you can have a connection

A street based security system , so when you are in trouble all your neighbours come to your aid

Other than selling their services the NZ telecommunications industry (mainstream) do little that is creative, it would be fantastic if that was about to change.

Lets hope it's something dynamic
