or not - we have expected them to release decent prices before...

But if they did come out with 3G say good bye to Vodafone's arrogance, they might get nicer again =]

Anyone remember the good days when VF had double topup? And they used to sponsor cool events give away heaps of stuff... Oh that was good! I had friends winning phones and all kinds of stuff. Then I went on plan and they didn't care about me any more. Anyway this is about 2d not VF.

Ok, folks... One hour to go it seems. I will open a new discussion soon just for this "event". Please follow up all discussions about whatever it's to the new topic I will create when you see it.

Perhaps they are launching a 200 minutes for $12 deal?

Yes the double topups were great, I'd top up a few hundred on those days and it would last me all year.

I'm sure I ended up spending more overall though.

Catch 22...

Make prices cheaper so people get better value and actually use their phones more; generating more revenue. I do not understand why this has not heppend in the NZ telco scene yet.

Yes I spent more in those days too... but that meant calling was half price so it was better value, actually that makes the priced 2d now have look old.
