mattRSK: Texting 19data to 233 is not currently working? Also the 19data pack is still not online. When will this be sorted.

It's online - has been for a while

We wanted to get the $19 Data Combo out to market ASAP, however the only way to buy this atm is by texting 'buy 19data' to 233 or calling Care on 0800 022022 or 200 from your 2degrees phone.  (Or PM me)

If you're having problems with this please PM your #.

Ok so it was user error. doh. I was only texting '19data' not 'buy 19data'. Simple things eh, thanks to 2degrees for the help.

Music to my ears! :)

Thanks for everyone's patience in the meantime.   We can always add it via Care or like I say I'm happy to do it (office hours permitting). :)

What a pity. The "rollover of minutes / data and texts" that was apparent yesterday has disappeared.
Somebody fixed the error:-(

Not that I'm complaining, this is still a great deal.

Great plan, but I would still prefer to have more data and less mins/txts.

more data, the more the better. These smart phones just eat it up.

But you guys still offer the best price for what you get data wise. Keep it up.

Loving the plan so far. As above, would sacrifice 200 of the SMS and a fair bit of the minutes to get more data. Who even calls on their phones these days?

Why don't you just buy a 3G tablet then rather that a fone??
