200 times in approx 1100 days - so about once every 5.5 days?

Are you sure you are using the right units? That sounds like... A. Lot.
I fail to understand why ANYONE would want to stay with a provider for three years if you had to phone them once a week.

I disagree with this being off topic. If you repeatedly pay late and then have other issues with your account then I can understand why you got asked to find another ISP. Customers who only pay once they get suspended are a huge cost to a business.
