Something Equivalent to TXT2000. I swear if you do a better deal than Vodafone for that and advertise it. I can guarantee that you will get your users.

Mr Degrees,

Would be nice in "Your 2degrees" to see all of the dates the free texts expire.

I have topped up twice this month so it shows the following, ...

--snip--
Bonus texts: 273
73 of your bonus texts will expire on 28/10/09.
--snip--

I do know when the other 200 expire due to the txt message sent when the topup is made .. but would be nice to see it within the portal too

Cheers

It is the way it is for the sake of clarity.

Internally the system maintains a separate bucket for each free SMS bonus received when topping up. So, suppose you had topped up 5 times within the last 30 days -- within the IN, there will be 5 buckets, with 5 expiry dates. If you topup every day (then we love you and) you will have 30 buckets.

The listing would get confusing to read pretty quickly, so we opted to tell you only the total SMS, and the number expiring on the earliest date.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

I can understand the concept of keeping it simple from a display point of view.

Maybe a small popup from a link to show the free text time frames ?

I would assume the "buckets" are in fact database entries, but if 2D store infomation in buckets, as long as it works, im happy.

Which ever storage method it is it would be very simple to display in the popup, the date of each bonus, what was given, what remains etc etc.

Cheers

Hi 2degrees,

please don't give in on this Cell Tower outside homes thing in Buckland's Beach. If you do you will have set a precedent and it will become harder and harder to complete the network.
Not everyone is so opposed to towers in residential area. It is just the noisy minority that you hear from.
Don't let the 'tail wag the dog'.

Go for it.

I agree. We need more towers/coverage, not less.

Handsomedan: Make Rhys Darby the default voice for the IVR...and for voicemail.

I can hear it now: "Oh, there was no answer...Typical".

Fantastic Idea if that was done I would reactivate my voice mail!

I suggested Pirate Prepay. Aaaarrrrgh, press 1 to give us all your gold!

Strangely, no-one in Marketing thought it was a goer.

I haven't read the other seven pages of suggestions (and am confident that this has already been suggested) but all the same, can I recommend cheaper data, cheaper data and cheaper data? You would have all my business if you had cheaper data!
