How easy is it to watch Freeview directly on my laptop in nz?

Plenty of DVB-T usb dongles available, just make sure the software has the right decoding codec's for NZ

We should be able to stream all national TV channels online. Duke offers this and some shows like Newshub/Paul Henry ect allow live streaming but everything should be avialable to stream live. I know it's a rights thing ect... but Duke got around it and most stuff is available on demand anyway so i'm sure it's not that hard

Can we stream? I thought the only way would be a tv tuner. I use a hauppauge hvr ... Can't remember what digits

I've got a HVR4400, used to use it heaps, but since we got a couple of tivo's it gets next to no use

The Edge TV also streams live too, along with Duke. Broadcasters might find they will need to stream their channels online in HD, following the Australian lead
