I have bought a new computer recently and i wanted to wacth tv on it. I live in a three story townhouse and the computer is located on the top floor. I wanted to know what the best card for under 150ish to wacth free view and normal tv is
                    2. What type of aerial/sattelite i need.  (Do u need one with a usb tuner?)
                    3. Is external better than internal
I use a bunny ear anntennae now and i get fairly poor reception. Sometimes i get excellent reception. The townhouse complex also has a wall outlet for tv antenna and this also has fairly poor reception.
