For some reason I cannot see the DVB-T tuner on my Hauppauge HVR-3000 card in DVBViewer.  Any ideas why not?  I can only see the DVB-S tuner for some reason.

I did totu around with the registry hacks a few weeks ago to try get the DVB-S tuner working in VMC, but I've backed out all those changes since.

Have you tried disabling the Media Center Receiver service? - it "takes-over" compatible tuner cards, making them unavailable to other software.

I sorted it out thanks.  I uninstalled all Hauppauge drivers and reinstalled.

Now I can scan TV3 and C4, but I cannot get a picture or sound.  Hrmpf!
