"Everytime I turn on my hifi and computer, the freeview signal will get weaker and weaker."
Are these connected to your TV aerial coax?
BNCs are 50 ohm and typically not used with RG-6 (75 ohm impedance). TVs themselves have Belling Lee sockets. F type can also be used with appropriate Belling Lee adapters. Termination at antenna end would be either saddle clamp or F type.
Call an antenna installer (and install antenna at height).
High quality coax isn't going to improve things unless cable run is long.
Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

The Canare cables are terminated with BNCs as obviously designed for HD-SDI. I would be questioning whether you current cables are correctly terminated, using screw on connectors maybe??

I used this trademe seller for made up cables, 4-way splitter, and adaptors when I redid our aerial installation. Works like a dream with no problems on both TV's and PVR.

Quality of HDMI cables near the antenna cables also matters. I have some cheapies that will trash my freeview reception even about 1m away from the antenna, and when the coax is close to them will also kill it. That was even when I had an outdoor antenna coming into the place.
I'm wondering if the cheap HDMI cables might be part of the reason I have so much grief with wireless controllers too.
