Hey big favour! can some one help me decide which express card would work best for NZ dvb-t? Do anythem have hardware decoding so it won't stress my laptop?

I cannot tell the differences. price is not an issue for me. (its for express 54)

HC82U (Its an ATSC card????)

There is one more card that only does dvb-t should i get this? or would it be better getting a hybrid.?

O yeah the specs of my laptop are

amd 2.0ghz turion
hd2600 mobility
rs690 chipset

If the card decodes the dvb-t will this mean that my cpu wont be being used?

There are no cards that "decode" DVB-T. All DVB-T cards do is pass the MPEG data onto the PC for decoding.

The HD2600 probably does H.264 acceleration but ardware acceleration has never worked properly with ATI cards & Vista. There have been a few people say they have got it working but most peole have had issues.
