Is channel number 10 on Freeview supposed to be Prime?

I’m getting Prime+1, and I can’t find Prime at all?

Channel 10 is Prime.

Prime+1 is only available on Sky or if you've got a DVB-S receiver that allows tuning non Freeview channels.

I’m using a SatBox S8200, connected to a satellite dish.

It’s recently switched channel 10 to Prime+1, possibly after the last software update.

The channel guide lists Prime programs, but it’s actually showing Prime+1.

I’ve just tried a factory reset and re-scanned the channels, but it’s still showing only Prime+1. Very odd!

After fiddling around with this some more, I’ve found that I get Prime if I select the channel by typing in the channel number (0010).

However, if I choose Prime from the Freeview programme guide, it shows Prime+1. I can’t see any way to get to Prime via the programme guide.

I’m not sure if it’s a Freeview issue, or a software problem with the box.

Can anyone else with a DishTV S8200 confirm if Prime is working correctly for them please?

For anyone else with this problem, I’ve been told it’s a known fault with the new Freeview EPG when connected via a satellite dish.

Freeview is investigating, but I’ve been told it could be some time before the fault is corrected.

A fresh scan of my S7070 captures Prime+1 and says Channel 1008.  Plays Channel correctly too.

Nothing on the EPG yet though.
