Over the last few months Samsung ran a promotion to get a Freeview HD receiver when you bought one of their TV's.  I bought one in May and returned the rebate form in mid May.  I still haven't received anything and was wondering if anyone else had received their Freeview box from this promotion and how long it took.

Thanks
James

You should contact Samsung directly . It may even be posted on their New Zealand site. It was only redeemable with certain upper-range TV models. My 32" R8 didn't qualify.

I haven't but a year or so back I sent in a rebate from Sony. It was not until I phoned them that I found out they had run out of stock. They were very helpful though and I finished up going for a higher spec unit and just paying the difference.

May be worth giving them a call.

Some promotions take a long time to get to process.

They just wait for all of them to come in before processing, which could mean a wait time of a few months.

It even says:
6. Allow up to a maximum of 30 business days from the end date of the promotion (15th June 2008) and once Radiola Corporation receives the correctly completed online redemption form and proof of purchase for delivery of the bonus redemption product. No pick ups or store stock exchanges are accepted

Our Freeview box from the same promotion arrived about a week ago now. I was quite suprised actually since I was expecting it next month. I think we brought our TV in June
