I have just recently bought the Elgato Eye TV Hybrid... All the digital channels are fine, but I can't get halfway decent reception for prime.
I manually search for an analogue channel, enter 783.25 and it finds prime but the quality is horrible, I can get a few of the normal channels with analogue but Prime is ridiculous, any ideas on how to get better reception for prime?

Can you get decent prime reception on a normal TV?

If you're running a TV signal splitter somewhere then try removing it and seeing if that helps the issues.

If all that doesn't help then just remember that Sky owns Prime now so there won't be any help from them boosting the signal and the best signal you'll get is through a Sky box i'm afraid.

Try this little trick: if you have a normal VHS recorder, run your UHF aerial connection to the VHS's TV aerial in, run the TV out to your aerial connection on your tuner card. You can leave the VHS powered on, but truned off. It may work as you will be utilising the VHS's amplifier to improve your signal.

Of course, I don't know how it will affect the DVB-T digital signals. But you could use it for Prime test purposes.
