I have the above eye tv box. It was working fine at my house through a sky dish. Now I've moved to an apartment where other people get sky by plugging their STB's in to the sockets in the wall. I assumed therefore that freeview sat should work also. It doesn't work though. There are two sockets in the wall and I've tried them both with no signal. Is there something I can do?

No, to be completely honest I'm not certain what that means or how to try it. Is that the thing that shifts the frequency by 10k?

Somewhere in the software where you set up the satillite there will be either 10750 or 11300 in a field. Change it to the other one to what it is set to and see how it goes.

Appartment buildings always use 11300 as the LO where as most single dwellings have now been upgraded to 10750, so I suggest you check the LNB LO frequency, this is most certainly the issue.
