garvani: I have to agree with PromNZ.. a petition isnt going to do it. Your talking about millions of dollars of investment thats needed for rollout part 2 to begin, somehow i can't see that a couple thousand people signing a petition is going to make that happen any sooner.. In fact the way the goverment books are at the moment, i cant see it happening for quite some time. Private investment might be the only way.
But i wish it would, im in blenheim and DTT is but a dream for anyone in the top of the south island, tis not the best place to live if you want to be first for anything! 2011 for some exchanges here to go adsl2+ and thats in the middle of town not the boondocks.
