I am currently using an elgato eyeTV DTT stick on my macbook.
When I scan for channels I am only finding the following Channels:
TV3
TV3 + 1
C4

Why is this? My tuner is plugged into an antenna on the roof of the house.

Regards,
Rohan

What frequencies are you scanning?

Is the aerial a UHF one? Is it aimed at a transmitter?

I am pretty much certain the arial is UHF.
I am scanning all frequencies and I am only receiving 562 MHz, whereas I need to receive 530 and 626 as well in my area (Remuera, Auckland).
My signal strength is 100% on the channels I am getting, so could it be that I need an attenuator?

I have just bought a variable attenuator. At 20dB the signal strength is still at 90%.
I am still not getting any reception other than the channels previously mentioned.
Help anyone please?
