I'am wondering why the quality on my box, at times, goes down to 1/2 (50%). The picture does
nt seem to change ,at that time. And the signal is up about 60% all the time.

It would typiclaly indicate a signal strength issue, probably aerial or cabling related. If you have no issues with the actual quality then it's probably not worth worrying about.

Thank you very much .....I have changed the cable route from the antenna to my reciever, and more than likely, that would be the reason. The quality was 100% before i did this, but there is no issue with the actual quality, even tho it's lower, as it is.
