I got back from Freeview and they have confirmed that they will not be using another transponder, there are a few technical stuff to remaster in order of Trackside to be on the Freeview Transponders, so that solves the rumors of "No capacity"

Well its simple, sure they can cram 10 more channels in. If you like watching 320x240at 512kbits! and with something high motion like horse racing. Something has to give..
