Duddyx5: The program that don't show the record option in the EPG is Cash & Cari although i dont want to record it i found it quite strange.

Tried it now on a DishtV s7090pvr. For tonight Cash & Cari and the following 2 also have the record feature missing from the epg as in your photo. Cant check on another freeview certified unit as dont have one.

HTPC Intel Pentium G3258 cpu, Gigabyte H97n-wifi motherboard, , 8GB DDR3 ram, onboard graphics. Hauppuage HVR 5500 tuner, Silverstone LC16M case, Windows 10 pro 64 bit using Nextpvr and Kodi

I have just set recordings for all 3 of those shows (Cash & Cari, New British Kitchen and Cooking It) on my Vu+. Seems like a DishTV issue rather than a Freeview one. Admittedly this is using the EIT EPG on Satellite rather than the MHEG5 EPG on Terrestrial. Whether that makes any difference I wouldn't know, but obviously, the scheduling info. provided by Choice TV is correct.

The op is using terrestrial epg and mine is satellite epg both dishtv units. Would be interesting to see if someone has another brand freeview approved unit that uses the official freeview epg, has the same problem

Just tried on my JCMatthew DVR-320T, which is a freeview approved recorder and see the same issue. The record option is not available for Cash & Cari, New British Kitchen and Cooking It. It is available for other programs on ChoiceTV.

I do a lot of recording, from most channels, although not from ChoiceTv (I work weird hours) and this is the first time I have ever come across the record option not being available.

thanks, since it is with that as well, it shows its not a dishtv problem but a problem with the epg

I have experienced the "record option not available" on a Hills terrestrial unit. I assumed it was due to some kind of copyright ussue - which seems unlikely now I think about it!

Check your recording schedule for ChoiceTV. The last time I looked they had done something to their EPG and all scheduled recordings were delinked.

Somewhat OT but yesterday I noticed the Choice does not show in the Sky iPad app.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

I regularly get series booked programs recording once then indicating they are "awaiting". ie series finished, but it is still running. I have to rebook it and delete the old booking. Only happens with Choice.

Actually that's not the case. My mum's Dish TV sat recorder has the same issue with Body of Proof on TV2 and I even asked on here if anyone else had the same issue with said programme and I guess now someone does have this issue but with a Choice TV series.

Something has gone wrong again so check your recordings schedule. One of my todos was relinked with something completely different.

The EPG on Choice TV has been doing strange things this week. I couldn't get further than next Monday at 5am until I deleted Choice from my Bouquet, then re-scanned and added it back in again. Now I have the full EPG again, but will keep a close eye on it, as the programme listings have been randomly reshuffling themselves during the past few days.

Is anybody else still missing the ChoiceTV EPG from after 5AM Monday on DVB-T? I tried deleting all the channels on Kordia and rescanning the mux but it made no difference. This is with a Magic TV.

The exact same thing happened to me earlier this week with a Vu+. I complained on Choice TV's facebook page and they said they would look into it.

That procedure worked for me, but I have noticed that a few of the listings on Sunday 30/9 are still screwed up. Currently my EPG goes to Friday 5/10 @ 12:30, whereas it should be going as far as 8pm by now.

Clearly, something is still not right with Choice TV's EPG.

I've tried a rescan and still have nothing after 05.00 on monday for choice.
