That's all the options I get, apart from the satellite (optus d1).
Just a thought, have you tried power off?
As you're in an apartment I expect the LNB is already powered or nobody would be receiving anything.
May be barking up the wrong tree but worth a try.
Perhaps also try the Sky frequency for TV3 etc and compare signal strength and quality.
May be just some incorrect setting in you setup menu.
