travelermatt: Evening guys,

Power: on

That's all the options I get, apart from the satellite (optus d1).

Just a thought, have you tried power off?
As you're in an apartment I expect the LNB is already powered or nobody would be receiving anything.
May be barking up the wrong tree but worth a try.
Perhaps also try the Sky frequency for TV3 etc and compare signal strength and quality.
May be just some incorrect setting in you setup menu.

travelermatt: confirmed, tv3 works with no stuttering. it has same signal strength and quality as all the other channels but they just arent watchable.

TV3 = 12456 / 22500 / H

If tv3 is working without breakup
then the following should also work the same as they are on the same transponder and get the same levels of signal
