If its a new house I would say rooms are wired up ready to go and the F conection in lounge is for the Sky box obviously. But easy enough to use a converter plug. Looks like there is a diplexor feeding both rf *future and Satellite to that wall socket.

Any decent Installer should have it all up and running without any rewiring at all.
