sbiddle: Have you got an ini file for the NZ DVB-T transmissions for use in DVBViewer. My copy just scans through the NZ frequencies without identifying any signals - but GBPVR does find them. So I know the DVB-T card is working.

PS Dont worry - I figured it out. But slow sometimes  great DVB-T pictures - but no sound using DVBViewer.
