You might be able to copy the old ones in manually, if you have the time and the will to do so that is. Exactly how one would go about doing that I'm not sure though as I haven't had to do it myself. Also, you maybe able to modify some *.inf file in the driver package to include an entry for your card - thereby fooling the install process in doing something it wont currently.

Sorry but I would NOT suggest doing this. You are more then likely going to make a real mess of your OS and the chance of it working is I would suggest slim at best. Hey if you dont mind having to rebuild your media centre or have a good backup then give it a go but I would not even consider that without a known good backup or the willingness to rebuild when it goes bad.
