Vorbis: Can you use dvbviewer as a server/client setup like mediaportal? I'd happily pay the $25 if it does. Sounds like its a bit more stable than MP.


Yes, it has client/server functionality. I tried it once and it worked just fine.

Fossie: dvbviewer is definitely worth the buy. The only problem I have is that I need to turn aero off for it to work properly.


This shouldn't happen if one sets the Video Renderer, under the DirectX options, to EVR (Vista Enhanced Video Renderer). It needs to be set this way to take advantage of Hardware Acceleration anyway - from my understanding of it.
