blairh: Yeah you're right, sorry.. just get the current/next programme.
I do have an xml generator for GP-PVR so I guess the same thing could be used for this..
sbiddle: Just as another comment I'm not sure how wise it is to start mentioning Windows MCE, VMC and VMC TV pack support on your website as all these products have no H.264 support and are incapable of being used to view Freeview|HD in new Zealand.
BigFella:
Does anyone know who will be distributing this unit in NZ? Product is "on its way" apparently.
Home Server: AMD Threadripper 1950X, 64GB, 56TB HDD, Define R6 Case, 10GbE, ESXi 6.7, UNRAID, NextPVR, Emby Server, Plex Server.
Lounge Media Center: NVIDIA Shield TV 16GB: Kodi18 with Titan MOD, Emby.
Kids Media Center: NVIDIA Shield TV 16GB: Kodi18 with Titan MOD, Emby.
Main PC: Ryzen 7 2700, 16GB RAM, RX 570, 2 x 24"
browned: http://www.ascent.co.nz/productspecification.aspx?ItemID=375003Just a little caution is required - the HDHomeRun isn't a recorder, it's only a dual DVB-T tuner unit.
Not a bad price too for a dual HD recorder.
sbiddle: Just a quick question Blair - even Ascent are now listing the unit as supporting digital cable tv which was the issue I raised above. Can you actually confirm that you only have the DVB-T unit and that this doesn't actually do both DVB-T and DVB-C like the TECH model?
qupada: Is there actually any unscrambled digital cable in NZ to use it with?
I can plug mine into the Telstra line when I get home tonight and see if scanning finds anything if that helps anyone - just don't know if there will be anything useful to find.
