Could be the LNB is failing and the LO drifting. Try increasing and decreasing the LO frequency by a couple of steps of 5 (so 10755, 10760, 10745 etc) in each direction. Different tuners can cope with different amounts of drift, so would explain why a different receiver may work OK. If that solves it, time for a new LNB.
