I have a DSE, use it every day since it first came out (and never changed the batteries yet)

yes sometimes the remote won't work, or is very sluggish (but this is only for bringing up the EPG, everything else works fine)

but this don't stop me using it full stop, I either flick through manually rather than the EPG or just wait around for a sec :)
