naggyman: Mediaworks wouldn't bother upgrading c4 to HD. It may upgrade Four (I hope it does) but if Sky carried it in HD, it would be encrypted (As TVONEHD, TV2HD and TV3HD are encrypted by sky).

C4 transmits such crap, there would be little point in using HD :P

Weird - yesterday both our Panasonic TVs and Panasonic HD recorder needed a rescan, but Samsung and other no name TV didn't need it!

Actually almost every video made recently has a fantastic HD version available, so yes there is a great case for it going HD

Hello,

I am in the Nelson area and having a problem with TIVO/Tv3, 4 etc since yesterday morning. Have tried restarting system, scanning channels in again etc but still not working.

Can you please help with a fix?

Yes, my Panasonic, as well as friend's ones, all needed a rescan this week.

My Tivo lost Tv3, TV4 and TV3 + 1 last week sometime.

To be honest, don't miss it all that much. It would be nice to get back at some point, but I'm reluctant to spend $$$ on getting someone to check the aerial

Their press release stated that C4 was being removed from Freeview DTH

Is anyone else having trouble with EPG collector 4 and Media Center 7 after the re-tune.

I ran "set up tv signal" in Media Center 7 but now for some reason my EPG collector doesn't seem to be auto loading up TVNZ channels to the guide, so I have to go into the guide settings and change it e.g from "TV One" to "TV One-EPG Collector".

I have always set the channels up that way. There is an option in EPG collector to auto assigned the channels but I have never used it. You only have to set them up once, well unless they decide to change things around like this again..

Thank you Mediaworks for screwing up the channel numbering on my admittedly POS Draco STB.

Mediaworks channels are now numbered 80x instead of the more natural 3,4 etc.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Not their fault your receiver cant handle LCN when it scans. Move them yourself if it bothers you.

Whats annoying me is this nagging blue banner on all my TVs everytime I change to a mediaworks channel about the changes.

Can't find any instructions either in the flimsy handbook or online on how to re-name/re-order the channels.

:(

Any other Draco users out there with the same annoyance ?
