No. I may be completely wrong on the app/Internet thing.. It just seems odd that you willl ONLY be able to view it on a MHEG5 capable receiver.

Is that how the ads will be broadcast over the content, via MHEG5 hence the requirement for a Freeview certified TV/setop box?

KiwiNZ: According to Stuff this morning they will be using banner type advertising similar to web sites, that will be very irritating. I can't really see me watching this. It all smacks of amateurism.
