Maori TV & Te Reo are now switched to HD on Freeview UHF & the test signals seem to be gone.

It's there but you may need to do a re-scan.

I checked the tuning on my Sony KDL-32V5500 TV last night and found that it was using UHF channel 38 for Maori TV and Te Reo.  Since it is a Freeview TV, the official change must have happend for it to do that.  And a scan of the FreeviewHD channels from Wharite using scan-s2 on Ubuntu and DVBViewer's Transedit on Windows showed that the names for Maori Television and Te Reo are now only being broadcast on the new channels, with the old ones still broadcasting but not being picked up by a scan as being the correct channel as they are now unnamed.  So I have switched over my MythTV boxes to using the new channels.

Does anyone else have a jittery picture and/or breakup of sound on Maori and Te Reo? Signal strength shows high on the TV's info screen. Looks like the frame rate is not clocked correctly and sometimes it freezes for a second.

Rescanned but no change. All other terrestrial channels are fine. TV is a Sony KDL46W4500. Hawkes Bay, Mt Erin.
Both show up as 39. No compression artefacts, just lack of frame rate consistency.

I noticed today that both Maori TV HD and Te Reo HD are transmitting the wrong time, both still set to pre-daylight savings
