Is teletext supported in Windows 7 media center?

I'm still running the RC and was wondering if its in there or is a plugin needed?

it works, but it takes around a minute to kick into life. channel also needs to be tv1 or tv2. at least, that's the case with freeview satellite... oh, and i run windows 7.

interesting story: the kids were watching a recorded show and i wanted to check the weather, so i interrupted them and hit the teletext button. it worked, but the weather was for around 2 weeks ago! i thought teletext had problems there for a while.
the teletext data stream is obviously recorded alongside the normal recording.

Yep. Teletext is in the VBI area of the picture. So, you can physically record it (if your device will record those lines in the video).
