I have used Domains4Less for a few years now and always had good support and service from them.
This weekend however I transferred a customers domain to them so I could have better control over his DNS. I ran into a problem however and decided to call weekend support (0900 number). Despite many attempts, the calls have been unanswered. I even tweeted Domains4Less and received a reply that they are open and probably just busy. Several more calls remain unanswered.
I've opened a ticket in their support system but there's been no action on that either. The ticket confirmation e-mail says the following: "We are here to help 7-days a week!" Yeah Right!
This is bad form on the part of Domains4Less I feel. If there is some kind of issue with the phone system then my tweets should have alerted them to it.
Come on Domains4Less, pick your game up please.
