AFAIK they're still distributed via CDN (akamai) so use the DNS servers provided by your ISP and you'll automatically get the most local source.

Interesting.....  I hadn't thought of ISP DNS server use being beneficial in this way, and I often go straight for Google DNS.  Good tip, thank you.
