Hello folks...

A couple of months ago I've noticed I wasn't able to synchronise calendar items created on my Windows Mobile device, back to my Exchange Server 2003 SP2.

I couldn't find anything on the ActiveSync logs, but a few days ago I tried creating an appointment through OWA and got this message "The action can't be performed".

A search reveals this KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310440/en-us but after checking on my server I see the registry keys are already there - and correctly set.

Any other ideas?

And the answer is.. corrupted item or corrupted mailbox :-)

Nick.

Yes, it looks like, since other mailboxes do not show this problem. I will create another store and move this mailbox.

And it was... After a three hours run to move the mailbox to a new message store the problem is gone...

Thanks!

Good Job! Maybe now is an opportunity to archive off some of your 4 gig mailbox! :-)

Nick.
