Hi there,

Just wondering if any of you use Zoho CRM and how are you finding it?  We currently have another quoting platform side-by-side with Zoho CRM and our accounting s/ware.  It's very basic and not intuitive - can't even calculate GST sometimes!  It's quite frustrating and I wonder if anyone have a good solution for this.

We have 5x pricing categories and a list of products based on the pricing categories and currently it's not even filtering the products based on the pricing categories so you'll have to scroll through ALL the products.

Do you have any suggestions?  I'm wondering if we need to engage a better software engineer or something here - but do they need to be an expert on Zoho CRM?

Thanks in advance.

Work use Zoho.. I don't use the CRM side of it, but I do use the projects and ticketing side of it, and my dislike for those cannot be expressed in words that don't break the FUG.

Suffice to say that I've seen slightly polished turds that work better than the project/ticketing side, everyone else here also hates it, but management chose Zoho as the CRM solution and were stuck with it. To be fair tappareltny the CRm is better than what they had here previously (before my time) but if the CRM is as bad as the other functionality I can only assume what they had was truly terrible.
