Hi Team

We collect around 2 dozen retired items such as printers, desktops, monitors, boxes of cables, etc on a pallet and are used to calling our favourite recyclers who will normally come and collect in a van within a week at no charge to us unless there is a CRT or something like that.  Something has changed with this organisation, and three emails and 4 weeks later, we've still got a pile.

Can anyone recommend an organisation that will reliably provide a similar service?  We are in west Auckland, just off Lincoln Road.
