I recently had to re-install a WSUS 3.0 SP1 Server installation.
Now all clients are reporting errors and are unable to connect to the update service.
I have made no changes at all to the IIS configuration (I initially thought it may be an anonymous access error) and obviously the setup was working fine prior to the uninstall/install.

Anyone have any clues?

Thanks

What errors are the clients reporting?

Paste the last 15 lines of a c:\windows\windowsupdate.log file if you still need assistance with this.

The issue was IIS was replicating to the WSUS config from the default web instance.
Sorted now.

Thanks
