Anybody else having issues contacting Ingram Micro lately?

We can't log in to the website and it has been that way for about a week now.
Any emails that I have sent to my usual contacts at IM bounce back after about 4 days.
I can't get a human on the phone and have left messages but not had any call back yet.

Edit:  Just did an MX lookup on the ingrammicro.co.nz domain and it shows 0.0.0.0 as the IP address??
Could that be why emails aren't getting through to them?

It seems that techpac.co.nz and ingrammicro.co.nz don't work any more (as there are no A records for them) but www.techpac.co.nz and www.ingrammicro.co.nz do work..

A little strange.. but maybe a mistake or on purpose on their end.. only they can answer/fix the problem.

Thanks

DNS issue?

They appear to be working now.

Generally known online as OpenMedia, now working for Red Hat APAC as a Technology Evangelist and Portfolio Architect. Still playing with MythTV and digital media on the side.

techpac.co.nz is still not working

www.techpac.co.nz is

No great loss for me though, there are cheaper sources out there anyway which is why I stopped buying from them (which led to them cutting me off before moving to the new system).

Can you give the supplier/s you are using instead of IM?
We already have accounts with Dove, Synnex & Exeed but where else can you get stuff like Toshiba notebooks or Lenovo notebooks or IBM servers?

Anyone and everyone.  I also don't buy many notebooks or servers so this strategy may not work for you.

Usually I just look at price spy.

If I'm feeling lazy and it's small stuff then I'll just go to ascent.  I use cabledirect for networking cables etc.

PB Tech on Queen St always seemed to have really sharp prices on ink cartridges when I was in Auckland.

Don't get me wrong, Ingram Micro were easy to deal with it's just that I got sick of getting burnt by them selling stuff "wholesale" for less than I could buy retail elsewhere.
