Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has used a good Microsoft Dynamics CRM client on either android or ipad that allows you to work offline as well. A quick google has given me a couple of results but would appreciate any real world feedback.

Thanks

CWR Mobility is probably your best option. Available for iPad, Android version still in development (beta).

Can use their hosted service, or deploy own on-premises version.

You can customise/configure once, and deploy to iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows Phones, Blackberrys etc (but not all platforms have offline option)

Welcome to contact me if you want more info

great thanks for that, was actually just browsing through their website and have downloaded the trial version to have a play. Do you know if we can actually customize it so that a number of the options are removed e.g. leads, quotes etc. We arent a typical business so there are some things that just dont fit.

yep its fully customisable so you can limit, or extend the number of 'entities' available.  likewise, you can configure which fields are available and you can set custom filters to determine what data is viewable and/or synch'able.  you can have several 'profiles' which expose different entities/fields/view to different users and/or devices - and example might be a Sales User Proflie and a Customer Services User Profile one configured to show accounts+opportunities, and the other accounts+cases.  a new feature with the iPads is the ability to also have the dashboards rendered  - just the charts though.
