If they are resolving the domain only (not www) then you can safely turn the domain grey in Cloudflare. I've checked and your domain always redirects to www, so that's not going to be a problem.

In other words:

- leave domain grey
- leave www.domain orange

Wait a few minutes and try again.

You can also use http://www.whatsmydns.net to check if servers around the word have expired the TTL and seeing the new IP address. Check the A name for the domain and if it's no longer on CloudFlare then you should be good to check the email ;)
