I guess if you don't hear back you simply need to lodge a disputes tribunal case with the same contact details. If they don't turn up, they'll likely lose the case, and a ruling can be legally enforced by the court.

As far as NZ goes, they do no exist here.  

I'm no lawyer but I'm confident that your purchases are still covered by the CGA, and if the warranty has not been delivered on, especially if the seller knows they can't, it's a breach of the Fair Trading Act.

I'm sure there are a number of us affected by this issue of a fraudulent warranty but Lenovo's response is to deliver only the minimum required by the CGA, and only after months of pain and suffering.

 

Try taking it up on through social media to get visibility: https://www.facebook.com/lenovo but even better https://twitter.com/Lenovo_ANZ. They are helpful and will send you to lenovocc_au@lenovo.com (also polite, and also seemingly powerless), and after that they'll throw you back to a case manager who will ask you all of the details that you have already supplied!  Pack a lunch and some patience, good luck!
