at this stage its just for use as an intranet, with:

Links:
  • Exchange Server
  • Remote Web Workplace
  • Offline Webmail
  • A big page for me to go with links to things like router configuartion, printer configuration all that kind of thing (passworded)
Extra page which is easily viewable on mobile devices, and items that are used on mobile devices
mailto link to everyone.

booking page to keep track of who has cameras, laptops all that kind of thing.

Calendar to see when things are happening.

Photos retreived from the server.

would be great if people could browse to a place on there computer, and then upload it to our back-ups directory with our webhost.

Then if with the same kind of layout and colour scheme it could flow into the main website, (or the main website flow into the intranets design would probably be the best way to describe it)

The main website just has contact details, and a few other things like that, nothing of major concern, but would grow be used for the company I am planning to launch when I finally turn 18.

Sounds like sharepoint services could be of use to you.

the offline webmail is for when the servers are off, and the exchange webmail isnt available, they can go to the webmail client that is with our hosting, the horde program in cpanel.
