Duplicati has just gone from alpha to beta. I reported a bug a year ago that prevented data being restored, which they fixed recently. I started playing with it a few days later and within an hour I found another restore bug. I think Duplicati has good core technology, but the web interface while pretty is really immature. I'll reconsider it in a few years.

I have Goodsync (and have had for years) but only ever used to sync to local network drives (NAS). It does support Backblaze, OneDrive, Google Drive, AWS, etc so I think I could test it on my laptop.
